Family Background

Noeline was born in Kiyebe Village, Kyotera District, and raised by her maternal grandparents in a household of over 15 members. Her mother, a hairdresser, worked hard to support Noeline’s schooling while contributing to the large extended family. However, her earnings were not enough to ensure consistent school attendance and educational stability.

How Rockies Organization Stepped In

Recognizing Noeline’s immense talent, her uncle, already a member of Rockies, recommended her to the organization. She joined Rockies Organization in 2021 and currently, she is in Primary Five. She is now enrolled at St. Joseph’s School - Nakawuka, where she is steadily advancing in her education while continuing to develop her artistic talents.

Noeline is a gifted dancer skilled in Bakisimba, Nankasa, and Muwogola (Central Uganda); Ekitaguriro (Western Ugamda), Otwenge and Larakaraka (Northern Uganda); and Tamenha Ibuga, Irongo, Nalufuka, and Kadodi (Eastern Uganda). Her vibrant performances and natural stage presence make her stand out as a future star.

Aspirations

Noeline aspires to become a nurse, inspired by a desire to serve children and families in underserved communities in Uganda.
